Pupil Leadership Teams
Currently, we have two different roles which pupils can enage in: school council and faith council
School Council
Elections
New school councillors are elected at the beginning of each academic year. Children who wish to be considered put themselves forward, explaining the qualities they have that make them suitable for the role and sharing their ideas for supporting and improving school life.
Each class then takes part in a democratic vote to choose their representatives.
Faith council
Application and Appointment Process
Interested pupils are invited to apply for this role. Application forms can be collected from Mrs Barker.
Once forms are submitted, pupils take part in an interview process where their suitability for the position is assessed. Successful candidates are then appointed to council roles.
