How the School Shares Information About Your Child Throughout the Year
Parent/Teacher Evenings
These take place twice a year, in the Autumn and Spring terms. You’ll be able to book appointments online, and the school will email you with details closer to the time.
Meet the Teacher Session
At the end of the Summer term, there is an informal opportunity to meet your child’s new teacher. This helps you and your child prepare for the upcoming school year.

School Reports
You will receive two reports each year:

Autumn Term: a shorter progress report

Summer Term: a full, detailed report
Reports are sent through the school’s electronic system, Insight, and delivered directly to the email address you have registered on Arbor. It’s important to check that your email address is up to date. If anything needs changing, contact the school office so your child’s report reaches you without delay.
Additional Information for Some Year Groups
Alongside their annual report, some children will receive additional assessment information:
· Year 1 pupils (and any Year 2 child who re-took the Phonics Screening Check) will receive a separate report showing their phonics score.
· Year 4 pupils will receive their Multiplication Tables Check results.
· Year 6 pupils will receive their SATs results.
